1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to the Priya WhatsApp concierge, web dashboard, and related services (the “Service”). By creating a Clerk account or messaging the WhatsApp number tied to Priya, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to submit information about yourself or family members. You represent that any profile data shared is truthful and that you have consent from the person you are representing.
3. Account & security
- Authentication is handled by Clerk. Keep your credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or local laws.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Priya for:
- Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory requests, or spam.
- Soliciting minors or impersonating another person without consent.
- Sharing malware or attempting to exploit the WhatsApp/Clerk infrastructure.
5. Service description
Priya combines AI prompts with human review to suggest introductions. We do not guarantee a successful match nor assume liability for relationships formed via the Service. All conversations are advisory in nature and do not replace professional counseling, legal, or financial guidance.
6. Payments
The current beta is free. If we introduce premium tiers, we will update these Terms, add checkout flows, and obtain your consent before billing.
7. Intellectual property
The Priya brand, software, and generated prompts remain our property. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a limited license to process it for matchmaking and analytics.
8. Disclaimers & liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your Clerk account or WhatsApp session at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, law enforcement instructs us, or we sunset the product. Surviving provisions include intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution.
10. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve issues amicably. Contact support@priya.ai first. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of California, USA, and handled via confidential arbitration (except where prohibited by local law).
11. Updates
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be emailed to the address linked to your Clerk account and posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
